Key Media Group, LLC and its mobile application Vea Fitness (“Vea Fitness”, “us”, “we” or “our”) offer users fitness tracking tools and other functions that collectively make up our “Services.” By using Vea Fitness, users interact in various ways, and provide Vea Fitness personal data through their activities, such as running data when a user utilizes the run tracking functionality. This Privacy Policy outlines our policies for how your information is collected, including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and used by us when using our “Services”. By using our Services, you agree to the Terms of Use shown on the first screen of the Vea Fitness application as well as this Privacy Policy, as well as on our website.
By using our services through our website and mobile application, we can collect Personal Data and other information from you.
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services:
When using our services, we collect data that you expressedly permit us to use - whether that’s agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by registering for Vea Fitness, signing up for an email list, or otherwise. We care about your privacy and will make sure you know when your Personal Data is being collect. We try to provide a link to this document whenever your Personal Data is being used, for your reference. If you choose to use our Services, you acknowledge that we will store that data at our offices or on our servers, which are located in different locations across the US for use by approved employees and vendors. We emphasize the security of these platforms and ensure that no unauthorized use of your Personal Data happens.
However, we will cease using your Personal Data once you cancel or terminate your registration for the Services. You can easily cancel your account and withhold from collecting any additional data, in the “Settings” screen in the Vea Fitness App, under the toggle “Deactivate” account. Other data we collect from Facebook includes your name, email, friends list, profile picture and cover photo

Location Data
Our Service utilize certain location data when the mobile application is in use, such as through mapping data when users run and use the Services to track performance. In order to provide these functionalities, Vea Fitness and our partners and licensees may collected, use and share precise location data from past runs and fitness activities. Your run routes that are calculated when using our Services are available for other Vea Fitness users in the “Social Feed”. You may turn off this feature by toggling “Post my runs in the Social Feed” off in the Settings screen on the Vea Fitness app.
For some partners, such as Facebook, FitBit and Garmin, this information will only be shared with your explicit permission or if you choose to share it through allowing these other applications access to your data.
By using Vea Fitness and our various Services, other personal data that is non-identifiable may also be collected. This data cannot be linked directly to you - rather used for other generic purposes, like aggregate user activity trending. This data may be stored at our offices and servers and accessible by our employees, vendors and service providers. This information may also be provided to third parties on occasion. We may combine these data with others for identifying trends such as “total monthly users”. These data can also come from other applications, such as Facebook, FitBit or Garmin applications, as noted in the “Personal Data” section. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.
Google Analytics
One service that collected personal but non-identifiable data is Google Analytics. This service tracks website and mobile application activity such as visitors, average session, time on site, time in application, referring website, click path and others. Learn more here. These data are solely aggregated, trended data and have personally identifiable link to the actual user.
Aggregated Personal Data
To better tailor our Services to our users’ needs, we collect certain data that is used for research and analysis. This data is used to identify interests, demographics, and more. We may share this data with vendors, employees and business partners. However, like Google Analytics data from above, none of this data is Personal Data (personally identifiable). The trends observed in user activity and demographic makeup may be used for marketing purposes, including blog posts in order to better inform our readers. We may also share this information with prospective business partners and third parties for lawful purposes.
In providing the Services, we may use cookies. A cookie is a piece of information that the computer or computers that host our Services give to your browser when you access the Services. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Services and help us analyze usage of the Services more accurately. These communications may include new Challenges that are available to users, new partner companies offering users rewards for fitness activities. Please be aware that you will always receive certain emails from us related to the proper functioning of your account. We may send you promotional information unless you have opted out of receiving such information. If you wish to opt-out of receiving promotional emails, please click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
There are certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, including as set forth below:
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event relating to all or a portion of our business or assets, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
Service Providers, Agents and Related Third Parties: We sometimes hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we may need to provide them with access to certain Personal Data. Vea Fitness will send newsletters to registered users. By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user allows Vea Fitness to send newsletters. The user can opt out of receiving a newsletter each time such newsletter is received. Upon opting out, the user will not receive any further newsletters from Vea Fitness.
You can use the Services without providing any Personal Data, however, you may not be able to use certain features of the Services. When You sign up for our Services, we ask you to provide Personal Data. If we want to use this Personal Data in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, we will ask for your consent prior to doing so. If we propose to use Personal Data for any purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in the specific notice provided when you sign up for a certain component of our Services, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of our use of your Personal Data for those other purposes.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may frame or contain references or links to other websites not operated or controlled by us (the “Third Party Services”). These Third Party Services may include partner companies offering promotions on Vea Fitness. The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Services. The links from the Services do not imply our review or endorsement of the Third Party Services. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.
Partner companies will have access not have access to personally identifiable data on Vea Fitness users, however they may utilize trended, non-identifiable data. These data include:
At times, We may send promotional emails in collaboration with these partner companies. However, Partner Companies will never have access to your email address and cannot email you directly.
